Our promise
Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email care@nailamaison.com with your order number to request a return.
- We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and fragrance products, pierced jewellery, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
